As the journal says, I'm going into hiatus. For how long? Until I can finish a marimba project for my dad. Why that would be reason for a hiatus? Well, in truth, I'd rather not. I just don't have a choice since dad's gonna put the internet famine on me until it's done, and that includes animating the assembly of it. Granted, I will get some plushies out of it,..., I just don't want the project to be so forced upon me to where it could greatly interfere with my classes, especially if I need to access the internet quickly.
I'll go into detail sometime later about what the details are, and how far I am, but for now, this is just a heads up to all of my friends to know that, even if it might be a week to a month before I can safely talk with you guys again, I wish you all the best of luck with what you're up to:
Sonic Boom ask group:angelandsilverlover
; and Sony-the-Hedgehog-32
: I know that I might not have asked certain characters some questions yet, and I know you're busy with them. To you all, I wish you the best of luck with any questions the fans ask, as well as best wishes for your current projects. Especially the Sonic Boom project MilesTailsFox-fan
is working on.MiyaToriaka
: I wish you best of luck with recovery as well as a good start to this year, especially with whatever pokeshipping projects you have in store for us.SonicFF
: I know it's been a while since you last updated that famous comic of yours, but this is to let you know that, even in my absence, I wish you two the best of luck with your carriers *hopefully I got the right spelling for the intended word*, and that you'll have a great 2015.PhoenixSAlover
: Although I won't be able to check any of the submissions for your group anytime soon, I hope to do so once I get my marimba project done. I might not be able to talk with you for a while, but I wish you the best of luck with your project as well. I'm hoping to finish soon, for I really enjoy talking with you about it.NeonFlower
: This will probably affect you a lot, as we are good friends on gmail and skype, but until the marimba is done, I'll have to go on comm silence until it's done. I wish you the best of luck with your pics in the mean time, and I will promise to get to watching KLK as soon as the project is finished. Please forgive me for not getting the chance to get to it yet.Lord-Kiyo
: I know the group doesn't have much activity, and the lack of internet will also make it difficult for me to continue brainstorming ideas for Sonic Tribal 2. Before you ask, I haven't forgotten it, and I'll see to editing the first deviation the next chance I get, once the marimba is done. I also wish you the best of luck for whatever projects your working on and a great 2015.RaianOnzika
: I know it's been a long while since we last spoke, but since we share similar personalities, I'd like to wish you a great 2015 and a great start to whatever you're working on. You are, indeed, the one who got me to come onto deviantART, so I thank you for giving me the chance to meet so many other people through coming onto this site.manicgirl155
: This will effect us a lot more than anyone else on the list, for it'll greatly damper our ability to continue working on the New Sonic Underground. I swear, once the marimba is out of the way, and the plushies secured, I will get to the names for some more of my characters so we can continue the project, not just for us, but for our fans. I wish you the best of luck with the refs in the mean time, and a great 2015 as well.
Okay, now that that's out of my system, I will do my best to keep you posted. In the mean time, good luck with whatever you're working on, and I'll see you all as soon as I can.
Alaric Skywalker, Jedi Knight of the Wind,....., over and out.Update #1:
Apparently, dad forgot to turn off my internet connection, and, after discussing with him my plans, he most likely is gonna give me a chance with the internet as long as I'm working on the marimba. I've nearly gotten to where the resonators will be finished, but I'll still not be quick to comment on anything,..., although I have listened to what you guys have said so far. Chats on gmail and skype will still be unavailable until I'm done, that isn't changing. However, I'm getting closer to getting all of the parts made. Once that's done, assembling it will be next, and then the animation. I'll explain that in the next update. See you guys soon, and thanks for the support for those who replied so far.Update #2:
Okay, so dad did decide to cut off my internet. It happened Wednesday night, but at first, I thought it was just him discovering how to get the internet to turn off at 10 pm and turn back on at 6 am. After talking with him on Thursday morning was his true intent revealed. However, despite this, he did say that, from where I'm at, I can be able to get the marimba done within under a week if I worked hard. I'll let you guys know once it's done.Update #3:
Okay, I'm finally at the point of where I am getting to the animations for everything. Trust me, it wasn't easy, and I had to use another program just to get the items to be able to be separated. I'm now gonna do the first of 6 separate animation files to see how it'll turn out. With luck, I'll be able to do this without too much trouble. Still, it might be next week at the latest that I get the marimba done, so, after checking the first animation to getting it to where I'm happy, I'll move on to my other assignments for a while and then finish the remaining animations at home,..., at least those that I'll still need to make. After that, I'll have one final step to do, and that's making a video using all 6 of the animation files. Hang tight everyone. I'm just as anxious as you guys are who like to chat with me regularly, but I'm nearly there.
